Rooftop Panda IVS accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
Unless it is a prepaid item. If an item is prepaid it is clearly marked on the product page. In this case, the money is deducted from your account before the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Rooftop Panda IVS uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Rooftop Panda strives to ship orders no later than the day after receiving the order.
Delivery time is typically 2-7 days after shipment, but can vary depending on which shipping provider is chosen.
Packages are sent to all European Union countries. If no rates are generated for your country, please reach out.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Rooftop Panda IVS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be carried by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.
The notice must be given per. mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send with return. You can find it here Undo form
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.
If the packaging is broken, the item is considered used.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
